This is full of some real gems…while he is specifically talking about training for ice climbing he makes some very valid points about the movements in Crossfit that I think are universal. I haven’t said it here, but since starting crossfit I am leaner, stronger, and more comfortable in life, climbing, and on the bike then I have been in years. We’ll see what happens when race season comes around…but to some extent I don’t care. I almost feel as if I have been living in the past for the last few years riding my bike all the time and searching for some magic bullet that would make me faster and more comfortable.
