weight gain
in the last 4 months i seem to have gained 9 pounds. yet i am clearly leaner then when i started. so that would be 9 pounds of muscle, i wonder if this is a good thing? when i started working out again i was hoping to lose 15 pounds.

BMC
I am really excited to see BMC taking it up a notch, and they are quickly becoming my new favorite team. That being said, I’m not sure how THIS could be a good move for Cadel Evans. Unless they hire some serious domestiques, he is going to be on even shakier ground then at Lotto. That being said, Cadel seems pretty weak phsycologically, and maybe all he needs is to know that a team supports...

* the man that made me cry for my mommy at floyd, david wiswell will ride for colavita next year. let’s hope they put him on the roster to race. sometimes these teams pickup young guys to get their age limits down and never race them.
* neil bezdeck continues his rise to stardom and joins mt khakis. he doesn’t really race like a big gun yet, but there is clearly potential.

Floyd - I will be brief...maybe not
Floyd went pretty well. The wind was blowing in the opposite direction and the field was huge so a sprint seemed inevitable. The fight happened to be between two african american racers which has shed some light on some serious racism in the nyc cycling community.
